I believe your 'mileage will vary' depending on the franchisee doing the repair, although I'm sure they all have the same thorough training. David fixed a ding in my silver Picanto, it took approximately 2 hours and the cost was very reasonable I thought. I would highly recommend David, who provided a very professional service.
