Not often I write testimonials but my experience with Hussein is one that has to be told. Hussein was extremely polite, efficient and professional from the moment he contacted me. He arranged a viewing of the damage to my car on the same day and was very honest in explaining that he could not guarantee a perfect job due to the nature of the damage and to check with a body shop first. I decided to go ahead with Hussein as it was significantly cheaper than the body shop. He was very accommodating in rearranging the appointment at a more convenient time and arrived on time and with his very friendly and professional approach. As I was leaving for work I paid him and left him to complete the job. I got a call from him some 3 hours later after the work was completed and he explained he had done the best he could but was not happy with the end result. Although he did make it very clear before taking the job he could not guarantee the result and it still does look far better than before, he has refunded the money without me even asking him to do so. Hussein is clearly a very honest professional who takes great pride in his work and reputation. If I ever need this service again he would always be my first call and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
