I had my car repaired by ChipsAway who cover Cambridge and Ely and I just wanted to pass on what a fantastic job they did. The car looks amazing, and I'm really delighted.

I'd also like to thank them for being so professional and polite when dealing with me. The Lady who inspected the car was knowledgeable and very professional, and the gentleman who picked up the car, and I believe actually repaired it, was professional and very friendly too.

Their approach to the business side was excellent as well. The fact that the quote was exactly correct and there were no hidden extra charges was an enormous relief, added to the fact that the times and dates, when the car was to be collected and be made ready, were also maintained. (This in itself is rare!)

In this day and age you often expect to make allowances, and half expect to be disappointed or let down, perhaps only in small small way. It was therefore a delight when ChipsAway in Cambridge exceeded my expectations.

It was a fantastic job, and wish them all the very best.
