Simon Hogg

Mr Simon Hogg called Head Office today regarding a repair by Jamie Birks. He was calling to say how extremely pleased he has been with the service. He was very complimentary about how polite and helpful the team were processing his enquiry. Jamie contacted him and went to see him within two days and reassured him that he would be able to assist. Mr Hogg advised that Jamie was very professional, right through from the way he presented himself to the Van. Jamie was extremely pleasant, on time and the repair was completed with two hours with no mess.
